Summertime Avocado Smoothie

In order to make this healthy and refreshing drink you only need a handful of healthy ingredients, as well as a blender. This smoothie is totally Summertime vibes, and a great after-workout treat thanks to the high levels of healthy fats in the avocado. Even if you don't love avocados, this healthy smoothie is one you surely need to try!

Supplies

You will need:

- 1/2 of one large ripe avocado

- 1/2 cup of frozen mango

- 1 1/2 cups of canned coconut milk

- 1 tsp of pure vanilla extract

- 1 tbsp of pure maple syrup

- pinch of salt

Prepare Avocado

- cut avocado in half and remove the pit, making sure the avocado is ripe enough to use

- scoop out avocado and place in a bowl, use fork to mash avocado

Add Your Vanilla

- add 1 tsp of pure vanilla extract to your smashed avocado

Add Your Pure Maple Syrup

- add 1 tablespoon of quality pure maple syrup

Add Salt

- salt to taste. No more than a pinch is needed

Hand Mix

- stir ingredients together in a bowl before adding to blender

Add Avocado Mixer to a Blender

- pour avocado mixture into blender first

Add Frozen Mango Chunks

- Add 1/2 cup of frozen mango to the blender over top your avocado mixture

Add Canned Coconut Milk

- Add 1 cup of canned coconut milk to blender

Blend Smoothie Ingredients

- Mix your ingredients on high speed in a blender for around 10 secs or until completely smooth

Serve
