Summer is the time of year for fresh ingredients and delicious fresh fruits and vegetables. I wanted try and find a delicious and light salad dressing that would match the freshness of summer salads. I had recently tried a strawberry vinaigrette at a restaurant and I decided to see if I could make it myself.

Start but cutting and chopping up the strawberries.

I first cut the strawberries up into quarters before pureeing them in a chopper. You can also use a blender for this step.

Add the Rest of the Ingredients

after pureeing the strawberries its time to mix in all the rest of the ingredients.

NOTE: If you are looking for a sweeter vinaigrette you can add two tablespoons of honey along with the rest of the ingredients.

Once all the ingredients are added, completely stir all the ingredients together. Make sure everything is mixed well.

Enjoy
