Summer Fan Cooling Baseball Cap

One day when I was rummaging through my wardrobe,I saw a old red baseball cap that I have bought last year. Suddenly and an idea popped into my mind, I could modify this old cap into a cool product named as fan hat, a very special innovation product that I have seen on Amazon.It is a kind of baseball cap that has a mini fan at the front of the brim and uses battery or USB charging to power the hat. Going through this product gave me an idea to make my own fan hat similar to this product.I managed to make a simple fan cooling baseball cap that is perfect for outdoor sport likes golf, hiking. and suitable for traveling, fishing, climbing, gathering at plaza, or even watching a baseball game and other outdoor activities. • Mini fan blade ( It is recommended to use the same color as your baseball cap)
• 9V battery
• 9V battery connector
• Wires
• Baseball cap
• Switch

Connect all the wires and components together.

I have hidden the wires in the opposite fabric of the cap (as shown in the last picture). The arrows drawn in the pictures is the direction where I have fixed my circuit.

Measure the length and width of your fan blade and cut a hole at the baseball cap according to the measurements.

I have sewn a pocket on the back of the cap as the battery holder.

Feel the cool air and use it during hot summer days!
