Bobby pin cooled tape scissors and regular thick masking tape
Tape
Get a peice of masking tape. Get your colorful tape and decorate the masking tape.
Cutting
Cut your tape to the size you want your bow to be
Taping
Flip over your bow and tape the two middles with colored tape
Taping Bobypin
Now tape your boby pin to the bottom of the bow
Finished
