Summer Berry Cobbler
This is a great refreshing dessert that can be served warm or cold
Ingredients
Filling:
5 cups berries
3/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon salt
For biscuit:
1 3/4 cup flour
1 3/4 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons heavy cream or whole milk

Steps
Filling:
Mix together sugar, cornstarch, and salt in a large bowl
Pour the mixture into a 9-inch pan
Biscuit
Whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
Cut in cold butter and mash with utensil or hands to make small dough balls about the size of peas
Knead the dough twice and start shaping balls and flattening them
Bake cobbler until berries are bubbling and biscuits are golden brown about an hours
