Mix Butter and Sugar
Cut cold butter into small cubes with a sharp knife. Place butter cubes and sugar in a large bowl and beat until light in color.
Add Eggs and Flour
Add eggs and vanilla sugar and beat to combine. Add baking powder and beat it. Put your mixer on low speed, gradually add flour and beat until mixture pulls away from the side of the bowl.
Place Dough Ball Into Fridge
Make a dough ball, put it in a plastic bag and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Roll
Once the dough is chilled, place it on your kitchen counter, sprinkle with flour and roll out with a rolling pin. Move the dough around to prevent it from sticking.
Cut Out Cookies
Use cookie cutters to cut out your cookies. Take away extra scraps to re-roll for more cookies.
