Stuffed Capsicum Cutlet

Stuffed capsicum cutlet has veggie stuffing inside capsicum rings. These stuffed capsicum rings are coated with bread crumbs and shallow fried and is different from normal tikki.
These stuffed capsicum cutlet can be a good appetizer or snack and loved by kids. Adding various vegetables in stuffing makes it very healthy.
Supplies
Ingredients for capsicum rings:
- 4 to 5 capsicum
For stuffing:
- Cooking oil
- One chopped onion
- One chopped carrot
- One chopped capsicum
- Few chopped Beans
- Few chopped Cauliflower
- Few chopped garlic.
- Grated ginger
- 4 Boiled potatoes
Spices :
- One teaspoon coriander powder
- Half teaspoon Red chilli powder
- One teaspoon chat masala powder
- One teaspoon Garam masala powder
- Pinch of turmeric powder
- Salt as per taste
- Teaspoon lime juice
For coating:
- Little All purpose flour
- Water
- Bread crumbs
Cut the Capsicum Into Rings



Take the capsicum and remove the core. Cut the capsicum in to rings as shown in images.
Preparing Stuffing


Take a pan and add little oil. When oil is heated add chopped onion and green chillies.
Add Chopped Garlic and Grated Ginger



Add chopped garlic and grated Ginger. Saute for few minutes.
Add Chopped Carrot and Beans




Next add one chopped carrot and few chopped beans.
Add Chopped Cauliflower and Capsicum


Add chopped cauliflower and chopped capsicum. Cook all the veggies for some time.
Add Spices


Add teaspoon Coriander powder and half teaspoon Red chilli powder.
Add Remaining Spices


Add Teaspoon chat masala powder, Teaspoon Garam masala powder and give a mix.
Add Salt and Turmeric Powder


Next add salt as per taste and turmeric powder.
Add Tomato Sauce


Add one tablespoon tomato sauce and mix everything.
Add Boiled Smashed Potato and Lime Juice




Finally add boiled smashed potatoes and lime juice.
Mix everything.
Filling


Now take the prepared stuffing and fill inside the capsicum rings.
Coat With Bread Crumbs



After filling the capsicum rings coat with bread crumbs.
Roast


Now grease pan with little oil and roast them by flipping on both sides.
Make All Purpose Flour Paste



Take little All purpose flour in a bowl. Add little water and make a paste.
Brush With All Purpose Flour Paste

Brush the previously roasted stuffed capsicum rings with All purpose flour paste.
Coat With Bread Crumbs and Reroast



Coat with bread crumbs and Reroast them on pan by adding very little oil.
Stuffed Capsicum Cutlets Are Ready



Stuffed capsicum cutlets are ready. Serve them hot with some sauce.
