Destroying Stress.
For this step you will cut a piece of paper into a bunch of little pieces. Now get the cut off sides of the book. Cut them into organizers and put them in the middle. Now, If you ever have something your stressed about but have no control over it, write it on one of the long pieces of paper. Now, cut them up and rip them. This makes you feel better.
How to Use It.
First, write your problem on the paper. Now put the paper under the stress ball. Press down on the ball onto the paper. Think of this as hurting your problem. Now put the paper on the other side of the bubble wrap. Pop the bubble wrap, and think of this as hurting your problem more. Now, cut the paper up for the final blow. Your problem is destroyed! Now, don’t think of your problem. If you do, repeat this process. Do this whenever you have stress! I hope you a stress less year!
