Make Strawberry Puree
First let's make our strawberry puree. Using a Food processor or a blender, or some other technique we want to blend up our strawberries which were washed ahead of time. Then add our honey, if you want it more sweet add more, if you want it less sweet add less. You can add other sweeteners too if you like.
Fill Up the Molds
Next we just fill up our popsicle molds. I like to add some strawberry puree first, then some yogurt, then cap it off with strawberry puree. Make sure to leave a little bit of space at the top, so when it freezes and expands a little bit, it won't come out the top. Now you can do all different combinations, if you want a pure fruit one, leave out the yogurt all together. Also you can use other fruits and yogurt flavors as well!
Mixing the Two
Here I am mixing the rest of my puree right in with the yogurt to give me another variety. Then once you have all of your molds filled up, this will make 8 to 10 popsicles, put them in the freezer and let them chill until frozen, about 4 hours to 6 hours.
Remove From Mold
Once the popsicles have frozen, run a little bit of warm water over the outside of the mold, this will loosen up the popsicle so you can remove it from the mold. Then enjoy! Easy! :)
