Strawberry Basil Lassi

Lassi is a cooling and refreshing summer drink. It is yogurt based drink, which is originated from India. Here, I made fruit based lassi. You can replace strawberry with your choice of any pulpy fruits like Mango, Kiwi, Cantaloup. It taste sweet and really good. Please try this out, I hope you will like it. Thanks for reading :)
Ingredients

1 cup of Strawberries, Frozen or Fresh
1/2 cup Plain yogurt
1/2 cup water
5 tsp Sugar
A pinch of salt
1 tbsp of Basil seeds and some water for soaking it
Soak Basil Seeds

Soak basil seeds in a cup of water for 15 minutes.
Making Lassi

Take yogurt, strawberries, sugar and water in blender. Blend them until smooth.
How to Serve

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp of Rooh afza (Available in Indian Grocesary store)
- Soaked Basil seeds
- Strawberry Lassi
- Serving glass
Take a serving glass, add a tbsp of Rooh afza in it.
Pour strawberry lassi over it.
Finally add soaked basil seeds and garnish glass with strawberry slice.
