Strawberry Banana Smoothie

If you are in the mood for a fresh fruity drink that takes 5 minutes tops to make, I have the perfect fit for you! A banana strawberry smoothie can be perfect for a refreshing drink on a hot day. Here are the steps in order to make this smoothie.

Supplies

When making anything, the first thing you need to do is gather your ingredients and materials! You will need a blender, a knife, a plate, one fresh banana, two cups of fresh or frozen strawberries, one cup of whole milk, a tablespoon of honey and some crushed ice cubes in a bowl.

Cutting the Banana

Next, grab the banana, peel it, and cut it with the knife on a plate into round slices. Put the slices into the blender.

Cutting the Strawberries

Repeat step 2 with strawberries but don’t peel them.

Add the Milk

After, add the cup of milk into the blender.

Add Honey and Ice Cubes

Do the same with the honey and the crushed ice cubes.

Blend
