Strawberry Angel Food Cupcake
This is an idea I came up with while making angel food cake... It's really easy and tastes delicious! I only made 6, but I'm guessing it would be just as easy with a whole batch.
First of all you need these ingredients:
1 Angel food cake mix
Srawberries (I used about 1/2 a large strawberry for each one, then a couple extra for decorations)
Whipped topping
Large Marshmallows (or tin foil) as many as how many cupcakes you are making
sprinkles (if you want)

Make the Cake!
First, preheat the oven to 375*. Then make the cake batter according to the box.
Fill the cupcake papers about 1/2 or 2/3 full, in each one either put a marshmallow, or put a rolled up piece of tin foil. The marshmallow makes a bigger hole in the middle, and the tin foil, a smaller hole. Put them into the oven for 12-15 minutes (I put mine in for 15 minutes and the marshmallow ones were a little too cooked...) Cook it until they are golden brown and are not sticky.

Filling the Cupcakes
When they are done in the oven, let them sit until they are mostly cool. Then pull the tin foil out (if you used tin foil). Next you will get the strawberries (not the ones for decorating) and cut them into small chunks,Smash the strawberries a little bit with a fork. Then put in whipped topping until it is all creamy and pinkish. This next part gets a little messy if you aren't careful, get a small spoon and very carefully spoon the mixture into the hole of the cupcake (fill it up to the top)
Decorating!
This is the fun part! I put whipped topping in a frosting decorator with a flower topper. But you could use frosting, or anything else you like! Decorate with chopped strawberries and sprinkles.
