OW, OW, OWWWWW! I've created this fierce(ly hairy) she-wolf with basic drugstore makeup (with the exception of water-activated paints). I also did this same look on my boyfriend, so in regards to the tutorial you do not have to block out the eyebrows or have to wear any extensive eye-makeup if you're looking for a simpler recreation.
