If you have anything from your leaf collection to old post cards, or even a World War 1 ration book that you want saved, this project is for you. It will keep your project, or keepsakes from being destroyed, and it only takes a few minutes to make one page. Best of all, you are the designer and can make it as simple or elaborate as you want.

Materials:

Items you want to protect, Acid free sheet protectors & paper (any color & any size), Scissors, Sewing Machine

Arrangement:

Arrange items the way you want them to look. Don't forget, you can see both sides.

Stitching

Start at the bottom of the sheet. One at a time locate an item inside the sheet protector where you want it and begin stitching around it.

How Many?

Make as many pages as you like. The great thing is you can put post cards, letters, baseball cards, coins, stamps, you name it, and you don't have to use glue or tape that could damage your item.

Finally:

Put them all in a binder, or make the cover yourself. Your teacher will appreciate your neatness. They also make great inexpensive homemade gifts!
