Is anything more glorious than a refrigerator full of leftovers? I guess it depends on who you talk to, personally I like the challange of makings something new from old.
We recently had beef stew, a great concoction of beef, potatoes, carrots, green beans and GRAVY ! MMMMM gravy, I actually made a package of rolls just to eat the gravy but then I still had all this gravyless food.. what to do, what to do...

you are going to need some beef stew, minus the gravey
one egg white as a binder
a processor

get a good mix of the veggies and meat, I kind of lean towards the more meat side, and add to your food processor, pulse the machine until you have a lot of small chunks and paste mix, pour the mix into a bowl and add the white of one egg for a binder per cup of mix and if you want mix in some peppers and onions
Sizzle

Now for the good part, form a pattie shape from your mix and if you want steak sauce now is the time to add it. Then place on a hot griddle, comal or frying pan sauced side down. Using a cast iron griddle on my electric range, hot, is somewhere around medium. Now letr it sizzle for 3 or 4 minutes until a nice crust forms and flip it over. Then I added some cheese and covered it with a lid to help the cheese melt
Devour

I thought about making a side dish but... this "burger" contains carrots, potatoes, green beans, onions and peppers so all it needed was a roll or toast, I went with toasted whole wheat..
I have left over mix from my leftover transformation so tomorrow maybe stew hash with scrambled eggs and cheese?
