Step by Step Magic Trick With Elastic

In this intructable I am going to show you how to do the magic trick with an elastic. This the a step by step guide on the magic trick where you 'teleport' an elastic through your fingers. The only thing you need is 2 elastics. You can use a big or a small elastic, but the smaller the better.

2 elastics

The trick is that you have the elastic around your index and your ring finger. Next you are going to make a fist, and open it again, and the elastic magically 'teleported' through your your finger to your middle finger and ring finger.

Put the elastic around your index finger and your ring finger. If the elastic is a bit big, you can twist it around you fingers twice so its a bit tight around your two fingers, as shown in the image above.

In this step you will figure out the secret behind this trick. To the audience it will look like that you are making a normal fist with the elastic around your index and your ring finger. But actually, while making the fist, you are putting the elastic around all your fingers by dragging the elastic back with your other hand, as shown in the image above.

The only thing you have to do now, is to quickly open your hand, and the elastic will have magically 'teleported' from your index finger and your middle finger, to your middle finger and ring finger. Your audience will be amazed and will want you to do it again. If you will do it again, you can add the next step to your trick

Your audience will be surprised, and so wanting you to do the trick again. You of course say yes and also say that you are going to make the trick even more difficult, to prove that it actually 'teleports' through your fingers. So, what you do is you do the trick as usual, but after you put the rubber band around your index finger and your middle finger, you cross another elastic on the tops of your fingers like shown in the image above. Now, you only have to do the trick as usual again, and your audience will be even more amazed.
