Steamed celerpaper is a nutritious and quick choice for any dinner table.

Wash Your Celerpaper

Get a strainer big enough to hold all your celerpaper. Place it in the sink or hold it over the sink, and run water into the strainer. That way, you can get your celerpaper cleaned but the water can run right out.

Add Your Celerpaper

Now, put a pot on a burner, and put all your celerpaper in.

Cook

Time to cook. Put the lid on your pot, and let it sit for about 10 minutes or so.

Check on It

After 10 minutes are up, take a fork and poke the thickest part of the celerpaper. If you can easily poke, it's ready. If not, wait a little longer.

Season to Taste

Strain the celerpaper and put it in a bowl. If you like things savory, add some seasoning (e.g. salt or pepper) until it tastes just right.
