Steam Paratha Chicken Noodles( Healthier Version of Noodles)
Here is an other interesting recipe Steamed Paratha Noodles which is healthier version of normal noodles recipe. This is suitable for Non Vegetarians and category of people who are into High Protein Diet or Intermittent Fasting. Let us see the preparation.
Supplies
250 Grams of Chicken
Chopped Bell Pepper
Half Onion Chopped
5 Green Chillies Chopped
4 to 5 Cashew Nuts
One Tomato
Salt-1 Tablespoon
Chilli Powder - 1 Tablespoon
Garam Masala - 1 Tablespoon
Chinese Five Spices Masala( Optional)
Garlic Flakes(Optional)
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Tablespoon
1 Cup of wheat flour
Oil ( 2 to 3 Tablespoons)
Any Plant based Yoghurt if available or you can use normal curd
Two Glasses of Water
Making of Paratha Noodles
- Take a Bowl add one cup of wheat flour and make a dough
- Roll the dough into a circle and cut them as shown in image 3
- Add one glass of water into rice cooker let it reach boiling point
- keep the noodles plate for steaming
- Let it steam for about 15 minutes
- After 15 minutes switch off the stove and shift them to a plate
Preparation of Chicken for Gravy
- Switch on the stove keep the kadai
- Add one glass of water and ensure it reach the boiling point
- Add 4 to 5 pieces of chicken
- Boil it for 5 to 10 minutes
- After 10 minutes let it cool down and shift it to a plate
- cut into small pieces
Making of Gravy
- In the same Kadai add two tablespoon of oil
- Add chillies, Baby Corn, Carrot, Beans ,Onion and cashew nuts(Sauté them at medium flame)
- After sometime add the spices shown in image 3
- Saute it and then add the chopped chicken and tomatoes until it forms gravy
- Once the gravy is ready then add the paratha noodles and mix it.
- Close the lid for sometime
Paratha Noodles Is Ready to Serve
Garnish it with a Piece of Lemon and Chopped Carrots
