Steak Sub

Cook time: 20 minutes

Serves: 3-4

Easy and Delicious steak Sub!

Ingredients

Ingredients:

1 package of Sirloin tip steaks thin

1 Loaf of bread

6-8 potatoes cut into strips for fries

1 onion chopped

1 green bell pepper chopped

Seasoning and Cooking

1. Cut the steaks into strips

2. Chop the onion and green bell pepper and place in a pan with steak.

3. Dribble with vegetable oil and Season. Mix well

4. Cook until meat is done.

5. Also heat up oil or shorting and fry French fries for the sub.

We decide to make one large sub and then cut it into serving sizes.

We topped the roll with lettuce, steak, onions, peppers, homemade MAYO horseradish, cheese and French fries!

The sub feed three of us (with left overs) and my girls had steak salads :)

I topped my steak sub with crumbly blue cheese and hot peppers!
