Removed the grill from the bbq.

place paper at the bottom of the grill.

Cover paper with bbq chimney filled with coals.

Light paper.

Remember gloves on!

After 10 mixture the coals should be hot enough to start heating your pan.

Place grill center on the top off chimney.

Place pan on grill,

The direct heat from the chimney should get the pan really hot.

Start your sides! (eg. onions, mushrooms or asparagus.) I did all three!

once you sides are done all your coals should be lit and ready for cooking the meat.

Optional: BACON FOR CESAR SALAD:)

Once grill is hot... should only be like a minute,
Place your favourite meat on the grill and cook to your desired doneness.

Everyone has a difference in cooking times. I like 3 minutes per side. remove and rest for 5-10minutes.

Thats it! combine all in a plate.

Don't forget to grab you favourite beverage and chow down while its hot.

The only other ingredients I used for this quick meal to die for was salt, pepper and a few dabs of butter for the sides.

Enjoy!!
