I made a lightsaber out of a pool noodle for a halloween project.
First You Need to Go Get a Pool Noodle, and Cut It Down to Your Prefered Length.

Step 2

Then you will need to get some paint and paint on the hilt.
Step 3

Then get a light strip and put in in the pool noodle.
Step 4

It should look something like this.
Final

This is what it looks like with the light off. For better results use a solid led light strip.
