Using scissors, cut out the felt shapes for the communicator.
Super Gluing
Glue the felt shapes together with the super glue. Place a small dot of super gule on the center of gery shape and place on the oval shape felt piece. Hold the 2 felt pieces together in correct position for 30 seconds before continuing to step 4.
More Super Gluing
Glue the glued felt pieces to the 1" inch acrylic circle. Using the super glue, place a small 3mm- 4mm size dot of the super glue in the center of the acrylic circle. Hold the felt to the acrylic circle for 30 seconds before continuing on to step 5.
Epoxy
Mix the 2 part epoxy for 30 seconds with a toothpick on a yogurt lid or piece of cardboard. With the toothpick place a small dot of the prepared epoxy; 3mm - 4mm in size, on to the 1" inch acrylic circle and put one of the 8mm circle magnets on to the epoxy. Let the epoxy set for at least 30 minutes before using the communicator.
☆ Note:
▪︎ Magnets are not for people who don't have knowledge of how to handle magnets safely. You could use velcro instead?
▪︎When taking communicator off don't pull by the felt (because it will damage the felt)... Instead pull apart by holding the acrylic circle and the magnet on the other side.
