Squirrel Trap
In this instructable I'll tell you how to make a simple squirrel trap from common items.
What You Need
You'll need:
•a PVC pipe 4-6 inches in diameter and at least 5 feet long
•duct tape
•a piece of metal large enough to cover the end of the PVC(I used a piece if aluminum)
•some king of natural cooking oil.(I used vegetable oil but you could use peanut oil, olive oil, or something like that.)
•a rag, old shirt, or a napkin
•peanut butter
•bird seed/food
•a jar
•a spoon
•metal cutters(handheld)
•metal benders(handheld)

How to Do It
1. Duct tape the piece of metal to the end of the PVC after you cut an bend it to help it stay around the pipe.
2.Put some peanut butter and bird seed in the jar and mix with the spoon until there isn't any loose or not very much loose bird seed.
3. Put a few spoon fulls of the bird seed and peanut butter mixture in the bottom of the pipe on the metal.
4. Put some kind of cooking oil around the open end of the pipe by putting it on a rag, old shirt, or put slowly pour it around the inside of the pipe.(I used vegetable oil but you could use peanut oil or something like that.)
5. Lean the pipe up against a tree, log, or anywhere where there's squirrels or other small rodents like rats, but make sure the pipe is just below straight up because the squirrel or rodent could get out.
