Squirrel Shaped Maze

this is a Squirrel shaped maze, I saw the image on the internet, and think it's quite interesting, so I was wondering if I can make one similar, through few times adjust and test, I made it.

Supplies

  1. this gold 3018 plus 2.0 CNC router
  2. a 10*10 Acrylic board
  3. 500W spindle

Adjust the Postion

set up the position of acrylic board and make sure the milling area is in this board.

Setting the Origin

Set the origin point (also known as the zero point) on the CNC router. This is the point from where the machine starts the milling process. 

Loading the G-Code

Load the G-Code file into the CNC router's control software.

Running a Test

Before starting the actual milling process, it's a good idea to run a test. This will help to ensure that the machine is working correctly and the design is aligned properly.

Milling the Maze

Start the spindle and initiate the milling process from the control software. Monitor the process to ensure everything is going as planned.

Finishing

Once the milling process is complete, turn off the spindle and remove the acrylic board from the machine. Clean the maze with a brush to remove any debris.
