2 boards of pallet wood

wood stain paint

spray can paint

wood screws

wood glue


tools (YOU CAN BUILD THIS PROECT WITH A HAND SAW )

-Drill

-Table saw

-Mitter saw

Cutting the Pieces

to start the project we going to have to cut the pallet wood

on 3 boards

1 of 1"

1 of 1.75"

1 of 3.5"


then we going to follow the list of pieces on the first picture


the 4 pieces of 4.5" x 1"

going to need to be cut on angle of 30* on the short sides like the picture numbre 5

Sand the Pieces

we have to fix the surface of the pieces before the paint

most of the time the pallet wood has a horrible texture.

using the table saw .

make some cut of 1/8" deep to make the detail of multiple boards

1.75" x 7"

Tape It (optional)

use the painter tape to cover the glue areas of the table top and the legs support ( 3.5" x 1")

Paint Them

paint the pieces on the first picture

4 left parts- stain

8 right parts - white ( or the color you choose)

Assemble

start to assemble the pieces. you going to need wood Glue.


first table top with the legs support (3.5" x 1") picture 3 & 4


table top+legs support with the legs (30* angle parts) like the picture 5 & 6


using the the seat parts (1.75" x 7") fit the seat support on the legs ( picture 7 and 8)


YOU GOING TO HAVE TO USE NAILS OR SCREWS ON THE JOINTS TO KEEP IT ASSAMBLE. GLUE IS NOT ENOUHT.

to finish screw the big board ( 8.5" x 3.5)

whit the table like the picture 2,3 & 4


It's done.

you can screw it to the fence or to the tree.
