Sponge Cake Recipe






This recipe is good for an afternoon tea or for dessert, I tried this cake recipe many times and every time it was a success, so as long as you see the pictures and read the instructions carefully even a beginner will master it.
CAUTION: HOT OVEN AND HAND MIXER INCLUDED!
Supplies
- Hand mixer
- Spatula
- 2 bowls small and big
Ingredients
- Flour 120-130g
- Sugar 85-100g
- Eggs 5
- Oil 65g
Prepare
Measure the ingredients into small bowls. Separate the eggs, egg whites in the big bowl, and egg yolks in the small bowl.
Whip the Egg Whites





Whip the egg and add 1/3 of the sugar each time.
Add Egg Yolk



Add the egg yolk and whip, DO NOT WASH THE EGG YOLK BOWL YET
Add Flour




Add the flour a bit at a time and the picture shows you how to mix it.
Oil







Add the oil into the egg yolk bowl and scoop a little bit of the egg mix into the oil, stir well then pour back into main bowl.
Cook


330 Fahrenheit for 16 minutes or a little more, cool for 5 min. and serve.
