Splits 2
Okay, so the first time you do the splits there not going to look like this. The splits is something you have to work for, so here is a couple good stretches to help you get your splits.
Lunges
Lunges are pretty simple. Just put your good leg in front and line your knee and ankle up then slide back and feel the stretch.

Do This stretch here also.
Splits
Go into your best split and raise your hands.PLEASE DONT GET HURT! IM NOT RESPONSABLE FOR ANY INJURYS!
Over-splits
Do a over-split*
* split with one leg on a raise surface
* split with one leg on a raise surface
