Just a simple bipolar antenna that has no scientific basis for how it was done.

Other antennas to look at: https://www.instructables.com/id/Antennas-TV-Wifi-and-etc/

Note: The antenna  was able to capture all the channels, but with all the metal around at the level of the antenna, reception was poor on a a few cannels. Unfortunately, therre ones I really like to watch.

What's Needed:

Take a pice of graph paper.
Draw two lines in sort of a square spiral making sure that there is one full block between the lines. (Took me a try or two).
Then draw lines to identify what squares would be us3ed.
Coloring in at least one of the spirals will make it easier to cut.

Make the Antennae.

Glue the page tot he dull side of some foil. (Be dure the maze you drwew is facing out  and everything is flat and not crumpled)
Let dry completely.
Cut out the two antennae. (set aside for now). The two antennae will look like long snakes.
Cut out a 8 1/2  x 11 inch piece of cardboard.

Mote We used tape since the stores were already closed when making this unit

You will want to cut out your anteene and attach them8 1/2 x 11 poster board. We used a 8 1/2 x 11 ince piece of paper to fron the cardboard.

Cut two lits for your transformer to attach.

If you attach it behind the foil it will be pretty much invisible.

Hook up to the tv and see how it works.

Stairstepped Antenna.

Instead of having the antenna all at the same level it might interesting to use a ramp for some variation.

Circle.
