Spiral Table Lamp
Hi Makers.
I make Spiral lamps using 3D Print, Lasercutting, and LED lighting.
Let’s check out How I make it.
Collect all supplies to make this Lamp.
Also Checkout my step by step video on This make.
Supplies
1> MDF sheet 2.5mm
2> 3D printer access for 3d printed part
3> Laser cutting machine for spiral part
4> Feviquick Adhesive
5> Paper
6> Fevicol
7> RGB LED Strip with 12 v connector.
Design in Fusion360
I started with the spiral design part. I use 40 mm spacing in each spiral loop.
So, each spiral is uniform and 15 mm in width.
I design support to stack 2 spirals and create geometry and design support for spiral shapes.
Please check below File for Lasercutting.

Lasercut MDF Spiral
I use a 100w co2 laser module to cut my 2.5mm MDF.
I use 2 pieces of 400mm x 400 mm sheet of MDF.
It takes 20 minutes to cut and preparation of the machine.
I set 55% power and 15 mm/sec speed to cut MDF.
3d Print Support and Spacers
Support needs to maintain spacing between spirals.
Spacer needs to maintain a spiral shape of the structure.
The height of Support is 15mm and makes space to hold RGB LED inside.
Spacer height is 15 mm and use to maintain the shape of the structure.
Check out the Below File for 3D Printing.
I have an Ender3 3D printer.
Layer Height= 0.2mm
Wall thickness=2
Infill= 15%
Support =No
Assemble Spiral and Spacers
I use Feviquick to assemble 3d printed Spacer on Spiral surfaces.
Stick Spacer at a 90-degree angle on the spiral strip.
Attaching LED Strip
I use a 3 meters RGB Strip for lighting .
Insert RGB LED Strip inside all supports.
There is a space for inserting LEDs in the spacer.
Assemble Supports
I use Feviquick to assemble Spacers.
Paper Cutting and Assembly
Use A4 papers for making Strips.
The paper strips are stick using fevicoal on the periphery of the Spiral.
Let it dry for a while.
Testing of Lamp
Here is the result of the Spiral lamp.
I connected the 12v power supply to an RGB LED strip.
It blinks very well at night.
