Spinach Channa Fry
Here is a recipe for all the food lovers with a healthy lifestyle, who are learning to cook. So I hope you all will be excited to learn this simple recipe with your favorite combination of vegetables after watching the video.
The interesting part of this recipe is the ingredients which are part of our lives since childhood.
Finally, in this video, I have shown another recipe that goes well with this curry which is roti which can be made in the form of a roll. Hope you will watch the video till the end without skipping it.

Supplies
1. One cup of boiled white chickpeas (Soaked overnight and boiled the next day)
2. One bowl of chopped Spinach
3. One cup of boiled chopped carrot
4. One cup of boiled chopped beans
5. One cup of green peas
6. One teaspoon of salt( Add as per taste)
7. Half teaspoon of turmeric powder
8. One teaspoon of chili powder
Note:- I have to mention oil in the ingredients because this recipe can be prepared without using oil. If you prefer oil, can be used up to three teaspoons of oil.
Heating of Pan and Adding Oil
Heat the Pan and Add Three Tablespoons of Oil
Chopped Spinach
Add the Chopped Spinach
Close the Lid for 5 Minutes
After adding the chopped spinach, now we should close the lid for about the lid.
Add Boiled White Chickpeas
After the spinach is well cooked, Keep the lid aside then add the boiled chickpeas and mix it well.
Boiled Vegetables
Add one cup of chopped boiled carrot.
Add One cup of chopped boiled beans
Add half cup of boiled green peas
Mix it thoroughly
Adding of Basic Spices
After mixing thoroughly, Now add the following:-
One teaspoon of Salt
One teaspoon of Chilli Powder
Half a teaspoon of turmeric
Note:- Mix it thoroughly
Close the Lid
After mixing all the vegetables, and chickpeas with the spices. Now close the lid for about two minutes
Spinach Channa Fry Is Ready
After two minutes, open the lid
Switch off the stove.
its ready to serve
Making of Roti
Keep the fry aside
Now keep the Roti Pan and switch on the stove.
Wait until the Pan is heated.
Rolling and Frying
Roll the dough to whichever size roll we wanted to prepare.
Fry both the sides thoroughly
Now Preparation of Roll
Once the roti is perfectly cooked, Now Add the curry to the center of the roti.
Now Roll it and serve it in a plate
Ready to Serve
Roll is Ready to Serve.
