Spicy Vegan Tofu Kebab
Hello Friends, today i am sharing best Vegan Kebab/Kabab Recipe. Its very very huge. Almost 9 to 10 Inches. Hopefully you enjoyed my post. Thank you
Ingredients
- Tofu 400 Gram
- Oil 100 ML (For Fry)
- Refined Flour 100 Gram
- Red Pepper 2 Table Spoon
- Chilli Flakes 2 Table Spoon
- Salt 2 Tea Spoon
- Black Pepper 2 Table Spoon
Tools
- We need few mini bowls for our ingredients.
- Then, we need Large tray for mixing all our ingredients.
- And in last we need large fry pan for fry our Vegan Tofu Kebab/Kabab.
Mix All the Ingredients
- First we crushed tofu with hands and transform tofu into small pieces.
- Then, add red pepper, black pepper, chilli flakes, & salt in tofu.
- And mix them well with hands.
- Kebab paste is ready.. Now, we need to prepare other things.
- Let's go for the next step.
Prepare Kebab Coating
- Now, we add some 30ml-40ml water into refined floor and make thick mixture for kebab coating.
- And also take some bread crumb for outer layer.
- First we coat refined flour mixture in our kebab and then coat bread crumb as outer layer. For making crispy kebab.
Time to Fry
- Now, take a huge fry pan and put some oil and spread all over the fry pan.
- Then, add kebab into fry pan and cook in slow frame for 10 minutes each side.
- One side is done in 10 minutes then, flip kebab and cook another side for 10 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, your kebab is ready to eat.
- Some pictures are when kebab is half cooked and some when kebab is fully cooked.
- I am showing you pictures with inch tape. Because this kebab is really huge and yummy too..
