Spicy Ramen Salad "cold Cook"
It's 105 outside and I'm not eating anything hot. This is a Ramen salad served room temperature or chilled and is very easy to make.
Ingredients
2 Top Ramen, can of mixed vegetables, mayo, & salsa
"cooking" Noodles
Crush 2 packs of Ramen and add only 1 season package in a bowl. Then fill with water to the level of the Ramen and stir. Let sit (or cook) for about 15 minutes.
The Big Mix
When the noodles are hydrated dump in about 1/2 cup of salsa, slap in a heavy tablespoon of mayo, toss in your can of vegetables, & mix together. Once its mixed it can be served or child further. Enjoy
