Spicy Meatballs With Jalapeno & Onions Recipe
Ingredients:
800g minced meat
100g breadcrumbs
100g jalapenos slices
1 onion
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
Chop the onion & jalapenos slices and put them with the meat in a bowl. Add breadcrumbs, salt, pepper & the egg. Mix everything together and form middle size meatballs. Place them on an oven plate.
Finish
Put the plate in the oven at 180 degrees celsius circulating air for about 30 minutes. Now grab a few and enjoy. Look at my other work.
