Spicy Meat Loaf With Jalapeno, Kidney Beans & Corn Recipe
Ingredients:
500g minced meat
150g kidney beans
150g corn
150g gouda
1 hand jalapeno slices
1 onion
1 egg
paprika, salt & pepper
Preparation
Put the meat in a bowl and scatter paprika, salt & pepper to it. Cut the onions in half moons and put it in the bowl. Add kidney beans, corn, jalapeno slices and the egg and stir it together.
Finish
Put the mix on a oven plate and form a big flat patty. Put it in the oven at 180 degrees celsius circulating air for about 30 minutes and enjoy.
