Spicy Beef Jerky

Materials

1/2 cups of soy sauce
1 kg meat

1 tea spoon of Pepper

1 tea spoon Cayenne pepper

1 tea spoon Onion powder

1 tea spoon Garlic powder

1/4 cup of Brown sugar

1/4 cup of Water

1 tea spoon red pepper flakes

1/2 tea spoon Lemon pepper

1 Ziplock bag

Dehydrator

Fridge

1/4 cup of worcestershire sauce optional

Cutting board

Step 1:

In the ziplock place 1/4 cup of water

Add 1/2 cup of soy sauce

1 teaspoon of pepper

1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper

1 teaspoon chilli powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 cup of sugar

1 teaspoon pepper flakes/ chile de arbol

1/4 cup of worcestershire sauce/ salsa inglesa (optional)

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Mix the product

Place 1 kg of cut meat inside the ziplock

The meat must be cut perpendicular to the lines that run through it(against the grain)

Remove all the excess air from the ziplock and zip it

Place ziplock in fridge for at least 24 hours

Drying the meat with napkins is optional

After the 24 hours, place the meat inside the dehydrator or oven

Place the temperature to 155 f

Place timer for 6 hours ( depends on how you like the meat. With more time, the meat will be harder and dryer)

After it is done let it cool a little
