Spiced Apple Ring Pancake
Pancakes make a good healthy and a Fall breakfast. How about using using apple slices as base for the pancakes?
To make the recipe more interesting to serve, I have made the apple slices in the shape of rings.
This is a wonderful recipe on a cold day. Spiced sweet apples topped with Honey is an wonderful combination.
The apples are just slightly cooked and not overcooked.

Tooth Pick
Dry Ingredients
Take a bowl. Add the all purpose flour, sugar, cinnamon powder, baking powder, Baking soda, butter and nutmeg Powder.
Mix well.
Wet Ingredients
Add milk and mix well.
Take an egg and beat it well. Add it to the pancake batter.
Mix the batter well. The batter should not be of loose consistency.
Note:
The batter should not be of loose consistency. If so add some all purpose flour to the batter.
Slice
Now slice the apple midway.
You can core the apples and make slices.
Since I didn't have any coring equipment, I sliced and made a circle in the center with the knife.
Coat
Heat a flat pan with some butter.
Dip the apple slices in the batter.
With the help of a tooth pick take the dipped apple. Allow little run-off.
Cook
Place it on the hot pan.
Let it brown and bubble up lightly on one side. It will take 3 minutes. Flip and cook the other side. Take it out of the pan when done.
Serve
Place it on the serving dish. Drizzle some Honey.
Your delicious apple ring pancake is ready.
A good and Healthy way to begin you day.
I hope you like the twist to the regular pancakes.
Have a delicious Fall Morning :)
