Add a hemisphere. Add a ring that stands vertically. Align it with the hemisphere.

Cut off a bit more than half of the ring. Then copy and paste the ring twice. Make the second ring to the top a bit wider. Then make the top ring bigger and slimmer. It should look like the picture above.

The final piece has 4 main parts.

First the face shield. This is made by adding a cylinder and adding a cylinder hole in it. Then adding a diagonal hole to make the shape.

This earpiece is made with 3 cylinders. Adjust them so that it becomes smaller as they go out.

Then adjust the beveling on each of them. Make a copy of this for the other side of helmet.

The back head cover is made by adding a cylinder. Add a cylinder hole in the center. Cut half of the cylinder. Add a final hole diagonally to the piece.

The ring is a plain ring.

Then combine all the pieces together.

Cutouts for the Face

Making the cutouts requires a few hole shapes. It requires two circles, two squares and a semicircle. Adjust them in the positions as shown.
