Ingredients

1. Rice
2. Black Pulses
3. Chopped onion, cabbage, beans,etc
4. Corriander leaves
5. Green chilly

Preparation

Take one measure (cup) of
rice and three measures of
pulse.
Wash
it
under
running water
and soak the rice n pulses in water
for 3 hours.

Grinding

Grind the rice and pulse
separately in a mixer or wet grinder.
Note: Grind d
pulse first
and then d rice.

Make a fine
mixture by
mixing
both
d
rice n
pulses together.
Leave it for 5 to 6 hours until fermentation begins.

Make It Healthy

Add the chopped veggies in a bowl containing the mixture.
Add salt
to
taste in d batter.
MiX well.

Cook

Use a donut maker
or
anything
similar as shown.

Heat
it
and add few drops of oil for greasing it.

Now take one spoon
of batter
in each the cups.

cover
with
any lid at
medium flame.

Cook
for
2 minutes and remove

d lid.

now
add
few drops
of
oil in each
cup.

turn them around to
cook
from
d other
side for 2 mintues.

Serve

Serve it
with coconut chutney
or
any
sause.
