Sourdough Banana Bread!!

Hello! Here's a recipe on how to make Banana Bread! This recipe is great if you have any extra Sourdough.
Supplies

For this recipe you will need:
1 1/2 cups organic all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp unrefined salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup softened butter
1/4 cup cane sugar
3 very ripe bananas
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup active sourdough starter
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

In a bowl whisk together the following ingredients:
1 1/2 cups organic all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp unrefined salt
1 tsp cinnamon

In a bowl add:
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup sugar
Cream together until they are light and fluffy.

Add
3 ripe bananas
And mix well.
Tip: I would recommend to use ripened bananas (that have started turning brown) for a sweeter taste.

Now add:
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
Combine well

Add
1 cup sourdough starter
Mix until well incorporated. You do not want to over mix.

Add the dry ingredients. Mix on low until combined.

Add in the mixture:
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Mix on low just until combined.

Grease your loaf pan with some oil.

Add the batter into the loaf pan.

Bake at 350 Degrees Fahrenheit. Check on the Banana Bread after about 30-40 minutes. If a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean then your loaf is ready. If not leave it in for another 5-10 min. Make sure you don't over bake the loaf.
Once your banana bread is ready, leave it in the pan on a wire rack for a few minutes before taking it out to completely cool down.
