Sound Ring Candle Snuffer

Cut a round hole in the lid of a container, then flip the other end with your finger (make noise) and extinguish a candle!

Empty container with snap on lid

The hole in the lid needs to be round and smooth (not like the one shown in blue above). I 3d printed one with a 15mm diameter hole after botching the original blue lid.

Really, all this takes is a container with a hole (smooth) to work. I've snuffed a candle from over five feet away using an oatmeal box (with a hole about the size of a nickel in the lid).
