Preparation

First, freeze your ice cream maker bowl. Next, prepare your simple syrup.
Boil the 1 1/4 c. of water and 1 1/4 c. of sugar until the sugar dissolves. Add a splash of lemon juice. Let cool. I added a Tb of coconut oil for additional flavor.
Meanwhile, put fruit into blender. I used 2 bananas, but unless you Really Really like bananas I would recommend a half of one. I also added 3 c. of strawberries. After 5-10 minutes add the simple syrup to the blender and blend until smooth. Let cool in fridge overnight.
