Soldering Iron Stand - in James Bond's Pocket

I've recently bought a battery powered soldering iron. It is handy. It gives me mobility. It comes with a small metal plate (see the one at the bottom of the picture).
Step 1

I want an equally handy and mobile stand for my soldering iron. It is going to be contained in a candy tin, include the sponge.
Step 3

This tiny card clip is going to be helpful.
Step 3

Detach the plastic strip from and clip. Bend the clip slightly to this shape.
Step 4

Attach the metal plate to the clip by a M3 screw.
Done

Glue the clip in the candy tin. Put the sponge beside it. See how James Bond can slide it nicely in his pocket here.
