Gather Supplies
To begin we must gather everything we need.
- Large Glass Vase
- Charger Plate
- Solar Light (we got our light from amazon here)
- Christmas Balls Or Any Other Christmas Decor Idea’s
So now that we have everything we can get started.
Unravel Solar Light Wires
Unpack your solar lights, charge them in the direct sunlight for 1-2 days to ensure battery and lights are charged and working.
Also ensure you have the right length and brightness needed for this project if you haven’t used the same light we have.
If you are using our exact light then you can be sure it will look beautiful just like ours!
Decorate the Plate
This step will be a fun one.
Here you get to decide the main feature of this light.
Have fun with it, experiment with different decorations you can place inside this light.
We went with blue and silver Christmas balls. They look really nice against that lighting.
Invert the Glass Vase
Invert the glass vase into place.
Ensure everything fits snug. You don’t want it to be wobbly or unbalanced, it could be easily knocked over.
Find It a Home
Hopefully you already have a place in mind where it is close to a sunny window and can be thoroughly enjoyed.
You can place in a window sill for viewing from outside.
You can also put this Christmas dome outside on a porch outside as long it won’t go to below freezing overnight.
Now you have a wonderful addition to your home Christmas decorations with no additional costs to your electricity bill!
