Soda Bottle Vacuum Cleaner
Today, Vacuum cleaner is the most useful and a very common household cleaning tool that uses a suction mechanism to clean the dirt.
In this Instructable, we will learn how to make a powerful vacuum cleaner at home using a powerful high rpm 12v DC motor, a plastic bottle and a propeller. This vacuum cleaner is equipped with a separate dust container and since it is equipped with a plastic dust collector.
Supplies
Since the dirt storage chamber is the hoover cleaner's most crucial component, it is recommended to start there. So it stands to reason that the best starting point would be an empty plastic bottle with the cap on. Try to obtain a tiny plastic bottle as well; a vaseline container would be ideal (just make sure it is empty). It would also be excellent to have some sharp cutting tools; scissors are great, but a Stanley knife would also work. Also required are a deodorant bottle, a first aid cloth or net fabric, and a 12 volt DC motor. A glue gun and a little bending pipe for the nozzle should also be gathered.
While you're at it, grab a hammer, drill, hacksaw, and nail! Although it's not necessary, you can want to gather additional materials to "beautify" the finished result. So grab some of those nasty guys and some marker pens as well.Later on, an electric drill, heated needle, or soldering rod will be required.
Enjoy crafting!
Cutting the Plastic Bottle
Mark the cutting line on the empty plastic bottle using a marker. Then, using a cutter, cut the plastic bottle through this spot. Then Create a few holes at the huge bottle's base to serve as an air outlet.
Making the Fan
Take an empty deodorant bottle and cut it into sheets. From the deo bottle, sketch the round bottom opening with the circle maker smaller than the bottle diameter, and cut the marked portion. You will get a round metal portion.
Twist the Propeller
Then, using a scale, draw four lines, giving a centre point and eight parts for the wings that can be later cut.Make a hole in the centre of the round sheet with the help of a hammer and a nail. After cutting the fan's wings along the lines provided, leave a small, circular space near the main hole so that we can later obtain the wings. Twist the wings, as showed in the picture, meaning to move all of the wings in the same direction.Your fan is set to go.
Placing the Fan in the Plastic Bottle Bottom Portion
Take a DC motor with a high rpm limit and attach the propeller to the shaft. Make a hole in the side of the bottle cap from the large bottle.Use hot glue to attach the motor on the bottle cap.hot glue to provide the joint more strength. The fan has been installed.
Filter
Take one cardboard and make a circle using plastic bottle.Make a tiny circle inside the larger one as well. then use a cutter to cut these two identical circles. Then, using glue, attach the net fabric to the cardboard ring before adhering the second cardboard ring on top of the first. cut an additional portion of the net fabric using scissors.
Placing Fan and Switch
Stick a DC motor fan to the bottom of a larger bottle bottom. After that, attach a DC switch to the bottle and a filter to the mouth.
Battery
Disassemble one powerbank at a time. An 18650 Lipo battery will be provided. Series connection four lipo batteries.
Wiring
Wiring all three components of the DC fan and switch with bettry then stick the battery to the plastic bottle using a double-sided tap.
Making Suction Pipe
Then take a smooth pipe and attach it to the nozzle of the smaller bottle part. Then fix the smaller bottle part to the bigger bottle part. Then attach a plastic handle to this vacuum cleaner.
Working
Then turn on the switch and clean your floor.
