Snowcone Men

I didn't think this really warranted a full instructable so I just made a slideshow of the project I made today. Everything used is available from Dollar Tree minus the spray paint which I already had in my garage. I used the following easily available items..

Pipecleaners
Pompoms
Foam balls
Beads
Fabric of any kind (For the scarf)
Paper cups
Twigs from fake plants (could use pipe cleaners instead)
Paint
