First, go find snow (Minnesota's is the best) then get some ritz crackers, sunflower seeds for the fur, 2 twigs, gloves and a scarf. Then make 3 large snowballs graduating in size and stack big to small. Once you have completed that make 2 smaller, fist size snow balls for the ears. Create fur and add clothing, And Bam! A Snowbear.
