The first step in making overnight oats; is gathering the supplies needed to make them! You will need a 1/3 measuring cup, a spoon, and a jar with a seal and lid.

Assemble the Ingredients

You will then gather your ingredients to make your personalized overnight oats! Since we are making s'mores overnight oats; you will need crushed graham crackers, oats, chocolate chips, milk, marshmallows and yogurt! Chia seeds and flax seeds along with protein powder are all optional ingredients, however I do not use any of those.

Combine Your Main Ingredients

Combine your premeasured oats, milk and yogurt into your jar! You may add more or less depending on what your heart desires. Once those 3 ingredients are added, stir them until the oats are soaked in the wet ingredients.

Add the Toppings

Once your main 3 ingredients are combined; add your toppings! I add a few crushed graham crackers, a good 1/4 cup of milk chocolate chips, and a small handful of marshmallows. Do not stir your toppings into the oats and wet ingredients!

Seal and Store

Lastly in preparation of your s'mores overnight oats, you will seal your jar with the lid and rim and place the jar inside your fridge for 4-6 hours. Overnight oats can last up to 5 days if sealed tightly.

Eat and Enjoy
