Smoking Spy Pen

You are a spy in deep cover. You find yourself in the clutches of an enemy agent and you need a quick diversion to escape with the plans to their top secret base....what do you do?

Pull out your trusty smoke pen!

ATTENTION: THIS IS A POTENTIAL FIRE AND INJURY DEVICE. KIDS, TAKE PRECAUTIONS AND DO THIS WITH PARENTAL PERMISSION AND SUPERVISION! Adults you know better!

To construct your pen you will need 3 items.

1) A retractable pen
2) A bobby pin
3) A strike anywhere wood match

Take the pen apart and discard the ink insert.

Bend and cut off the short side of the bobby pin.

Slide the spring onto the bobby pin.

Insert the bobby pin and spring into the forward end of the pen. This is now your striker.

Insert a strike anywhere match into the main body of the pen. Assemble the pen. It is armed and ready to deploy.

Pull out on the striker and release. The match will ignite and smolder in the pen tube releasing a sulfur cloud of smoke. Throw it at the ground and run from your enemy!

(I do not have video of the pen in action because my matches are old and do not work....oops....sorry)
