Smart Bluetooth Speaker.

I made a bluetooth speaker, using a circuit and speaker purchased online. I decided what size and shape I wanted, and used a website makercase.com to make the design for the box. Then I cut out the box using a laser cutter, made from 1/4 inch plywood. I assembled all the components, and made a wonderful speaker.

The circuit is a small bluetooth amplifier, purchased from aliexpress.com for under US $10 including shipping. The speaker is a 4" diameter, 30-watt speaker, made in Germany, sold by partsexpress.com. The box is made from 1/4" plywood, purchased from Home Depot. The box was cut out using a GCC Laser Pro 60-watt laser cutter.

I decided it’s size first. Including the width, height and depth.

I ordered an amplifier circuit with a built in bluetooth receiver online (amazon.com or aliexpress.com).

I used the website Makercase.com to make the box layout of the size that I chose.

I used Adobe Illustrator to add holes for the speaker, controls, and power cable.

Assemble the plywood with wood glue.

I soldered wires for speaker connections.

I used an old laptop power supply for power for the bluetooth amplifier..

Finally, I connected my mobile phone to the bluetooth speaker to play music. (My bluetooth's name is "XinYi".)
