Small Pet Harness From Reusable Grocery Bags

supplies:
1. A reusable Grocery Bag With Handles
2. Pair of Scissors
3. Super Glue (optional)
4. ribbon
5. Collar connector
6. leash
7. velcro

1. using a scissors cut the handles off of a resuable grocery bag.
2. GLUE VELCO ON ONTO STRAPS AND CONNECT TOGETHER TO FORM A COLLAR

To make the harness look like somewhat like a harness i added some ribbon to it.

1.Measure your pet
2. glue each individual strap together forming a circle to size
3. with the smaller straps connect both pieces together
* (one small strap to connect the top and another small strap to connect the bottom)
4. GLUE ( D ) ONTO ( C ) AS SHOWN ABOVE
5. GLUE ( C ) TO CONNECT ( A) & ( B )
6. REPEAT # 5 TO BOTTOM HALF OF HARNESS
